OUR MISSION
At Capra Collective, we envision a world where functional fitness athletes have the support, resources, and opportunities to reach their full potential. We are a member-powered sponsorship platform, connecting performance-driven competitors with meaningful funding, community support, and long-term opportunity. All member investments go directly towards supporting the growth and progress of our athletes.

WE DON'T FUND FAME, WE FUEL THE RISE.
Capra exists for the unseen work, the early stages, and the long road before recognition. Belief matters most before the spotlight.
MEMBERS MAKE IT POSSIBLE.
The hero isn’t just the athlete — it’s the community behind them. Members aren’t spectators; they’re part of the story.
WE SHOW THE GRIND, NOT JUST THE GLORY.
Progress isn’t polished. We believe trust is built through honesty, not highlight reels.
ATHLETES FIRST. ALWAYS.
Decisions are made with integrity and care, prioritizing sustainable development over short-term wins.
WE BELIEVE IN HUMAN POTENTIAL.
Sport is the vehicle, but the deeper story is what happens when a community rallies behind a dream.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Sport has shaped my life from an early age. As a competitive swimmer, I became a multiple Swiss National Champion, earned a place on the Swiss Junior National Team, and later competed in NCAA Division III in the United States, where I achieved All-American honors. Those years instilled in me a deep respect for discipline, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of improvement.
In 2020, I discovered CrossFit — and never stopped. What began as a new challenge quickly became a defining passion. A personal highlight was qualifying for and competing at the IF3 World Championships in Budapest in the 45–49 age group, an experience that reinforced my belief that growth and high performance have no age limit.
Capra was born from a simple conviction: athletes who dedicate themselves fully to becoming better deserve a community that stands behind them. Beyond performance, sport has the power to inspire healthier, stronger lives. Capra reflects the values that have guided me throughout my life in sport: commitment, community, and continuous improvement.
I spent much of my early life playing football. When an injury forced me to step away from the sport, I redirected my energy toward building a career in finance. Nearly a decade later, what began as a simple bet with friends introduced me to CrossFit. I was drawn not only to the intensity and discipline of the sport, but to the mindset and community that define it. CrossFit represents resilience, accountability, and the pursuit of constant improvement — values that deeply resonate with me. Four years ago, my wife and I took over a CrossFit affiliate in Switzerland. Investing in the sport felt natural. It had already transformed us physically and mentally; now we wanted to contribute to the community that had given us so much.
As a wealth manager, I regularly see financial institutions sponsor a wide range of sports — many with limited public engagement. Yet despite its global growth and the extraordinary dedication of its athletes, CrossFit remains largely overlooked at an institutional level. Together with Julien, I set out to understand how elite athletes in Switzerland were sustaining their careers. What we discovered was striking: most are self-funded, operating with minimal resources while competing at the highest level. That realization sparked the idea for Capra. More than a business venture, Capra was born from conviction — the belief that elite athletes deserve professional structures, meaningful visibility, and real financial backing.
