  • Conduct: We maintain a high standard of sportsmanship. Any harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity within our community spaces (including Discord) will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.

  • Fees: Membership fees are used to support our sponsored athletes and community initiatives. These fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Important: Capra Collective provides fitness information and community support. We are not medical professionals.

  • Assumption of Risk: Physical training is inherently risky. By following any programming or participating in challenges provided by Capra Collective, you do so at your own risk.

  • Medical Consultation: We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any new high-intensity functional fitness program.

  • No Liability: Capra Collective is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of our content or participation in our events.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All text, graphics, logos, and training materials on this website are the property of Capra Collective or its licensors and are protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: You may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or "scrap" our content without written permission.

 

5. Sponsored Athletes & Media

  • Image Rights: Athletes sponsored by or featured by Capra Collective grant the organization the right to use their likeness, photos, and performance data for promotional purposes across our digital platforms.

  • Third-Party Links: Our site may link to external sponsors or partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

 

6. E-Commerce & Donations

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping: We ship gear within Switzerland and internationally. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Donations: Donations made to the collective are used to fund our mission. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution under Swiss law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Capra Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, products, or website.
